This round is for the PMI Atlanta Chapter’s Professional Development session at the September 11, 2017, Dinner Meeting.  So while improvisation is best recognized in the entertainment world as quick-witted responses in unscripted scenes, in the business world, it’s the art of listening intently and observing what is happening so you can respond. You will leave this session armed with skills you can apply immediately in the work place to influence, collaborate and lead successful teams.
