The business analysis profession is constantly being pushed to do things in a lean fashion. The speed of business does not allow for analysis paralysis. Amazon CEO, Jeff Bezos, points to high-velocity decision making as a key to the success of the company. Decision making is the key to a lean business analysis approach.
